Lauren & Leigh
Some call it an engagement session. And in ways, it is – this is the session after the happy couple becomes engaged. Some call this “engagements.” Yet others call it a “love session.” Regardless of nomenclature, I love doing these sessions – it gives me a chance to hang out with the couple, see how the interact with each other and myself, and in the end, just to have fun. So, here are a few favorites from Lauren and Leigh’s “Before they said I Do” session. Or engagement. Or love session. Or whatever you’d like to call it. 
The Sutherland Family
Connections. We all need them. We all have them. Some happen because of circumstances; others happen because of new places we find ourselves in; and yet, others are just meant to be. We met the Sutherlands at church (if you’re looking for a great church family, come check out the Faith Community Fellowship family in Trussville) and became friends via the Life Group we were part of. Connection made. Finding out that Chad worked for one of my favorite railroads, CSX, was a definite added bonus. Also, if you’re looking at relocating, as we are, give Jessica a call – she’ll help you out.
Sweet family
Someone once said that certain people come in your life for a reason, others for a season and yet others for a lifetime. This family is a lifetime-type. It’s amazing to think that my wife used to babysit the one who is now a mom. Thank you guys for allowing us to be part of your life – not just through the baby years, not just through the teenage years, not just in photographing your wedding and later, as now, you as a family, but for a lifetime.
Little Miss Princess
Kids. They grow up way, way, way too fast. I dread the day I will walk her down the isle and dance with her one last time. 
Until then, I shall enjoy my sweet little girly princess.
